Matte Revolution Lippenstift

Wonderful lipstick formula and shade! Walk of Shame is a nice warm pink berry on my South Asian brown skin and the formula is super comfortable and pretty long lasting. I compared it to the new Pillow Talk Medium (left swatch in picture) and Walk of Shame is much more warm and pink. PT medium is quite brown, cool-toned and purpley on me. The packaging is really pretty, too.

Beautiful color, I purchased pillow talk and wanted something slightly deeper, so glad I picked walk of shame, no wonder it’s one of the best seller shade. Perfect shade for all season. Just beautiful.

Let me tell you, if you are in the medium to dark skintone range, this colour is FOR YOU! The texture is very velvety but the lipstick stays and doesn't overflow your lips and move around after a while. I was hesitant to buy a $36 lipstick at first, but this is so worth it. I tried it out in the store and went about my day then came back to sephora the end of the day to buy it lol

love the color payoff of Charlotte lipsticks. I have almost all of the matte revolution collection and walk of shame is my everyday color. It does have a tendency to go on slightly dry with a slight tug but once on the lips it feels hydrating and wears all day through talking and eating. I use this formula in my kit as well when someone asks for a matte color.

Color changed

The color is pretty when I swatch it on my hand but not pretty on my lip. I don’t know if the light affect the color I swatch in Sephora store because it looks way deeper and kinda like purple-ishhh on my lip-which I don’t really like. I will have to return this lipstick soon since the color didn’t fit me well. And I probably won’t buy CT lipsticks again since their color disappointed me. But I would say that the product texture and quality are really good, very moisturize my lip.

good shade

On my olive skin tone, this looks like a berry brown. It’s quite warm in tone. I find you can wear it for the day and night.

I normally wear nudes and light pink lipsticks and gloss. This is a pretty berry color with velvet texture.

So NOT happy

Im not impressed....I have found longer lasting lipstick in CVS. As soon as a drink anything the center of my lip is fading. Price does not mean quality. ugh!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I am a huge fan of their formulas in general and wanted a classic nude but found the Pillow Talk a tad to purple for my complexion. This shade is PERFECT, it's right in between Walk of Shame and Pillow Talk, love it!! Also super moisturizing, and great staying power.

Recommended by a friend. Perfect. long lasting, color is so nice, even my driest lips can work well with it.

Great matte formula

Great formula - probably one of my favorite matte formulas. Not sure I would call this a berry rose. It has a medium peach tone along with the berry on me.

I really like the shade of this lipstick. It’s a very flattering shade and really compliments my skin tone. The formula of the lipstick is really soft and creamy but appears matte on the lips.
