Frustrating Design and Underwhelming Performance

For such a high-end product, the design is terribly flawed. The bottle requires you to screw off the lid every time you use it, and if you're not careful about securing it properly, the gel just oozes out. Worse, the excess product gets trapped in the cap, where it starts to build up and degrade. Over time, this results in a nasty, sour smell that makes the whole experience feel much less luxurious—and definitely unappealing.

I’m always on the hunt for a good cleanser so I was excited to receive this! The packaging to start is absolutely beautiful and makes the experience of using it exciting. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the scent was not too overwhelming. It was light and airy! The gel texture was very nice and I love that it foamed up a bit! My only con when using the product was that it left a slight “squeaky clean” feel to my forehead which I am not a fan of. Overall, this product did not feel stripping or drying and did well with cleansing my face.

I was skeptical about scented face wash but this product really won me over. It smells delightful and is not overly fragranced. My skin was not irritated after using. In fact it had more bounce and felt so smooth. I have sensitive dry skin and fear washing my face in the colder months. But to my surprise, my face did not feel stripped or dry and irritated after washing with this Guerlain Abeille Royale face wash. Must be the royal jelly. Oh yeah, and a little bit goes a long way. With two small drops my face was clear of any makeup and feeling clean.

A gentle hydrating cleanser.

I started using this cleanser a few weeks ago and have seen a significant improvement in my skin. I wear makeup everyday and this cleanser has been effective in removing everything while leaving my skin super soft! Since it’s so gentle, it can be the perfect everyday cleanser for people with sensitive skin. This product first comes out as a gel and with some rubbing, foams up nicely to remove all the impurities on the skin. It also boasts a lovely honey scent which I looove!! 10/10 recommend.

Such a great facial cleanser. This gel to foam cleanser got rid of all my makeup while being gentle and hydrating. It is scented but I don’t mind the scent

I really enjoyed this fave wash. It is a strong smell but I love the smell. If you don’t like smells stay away from this one. I like the texture kind of foamy but not. Works well to remove makeup.

The packaging is luxurious, and the ingredients are topnotch. The scent is light and not offensive, and the texture of the product feels good on your face. This product does wonders at cleansing your skin, which is the entire goal. I would recommend 👌🏿

This has been one of the best cleansers I have ever tried. I love the honey scent and how it makes me feel clean and comfortable at the same time. This product cleans my sensitive skin effectively and leaves it feeling moisturized and soft.

After using and really loving other Guerlain products, I tried their facial cleanser. Did not disappoint in any way. The smell is clean, the feel is luxurious, and my face felt so hydrated after using and the next morning. It starts off as a gel, but becomes really creamy as you apply to your face. Definitely felt like a treat for my skin.
