I don’t like it 👎 I recently tried this skincare product, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The texture was off—it clumped together and didn’t absorb well into my skin. It also didn’t provide any hydration, leaving my skin feeling dry and tight. To make matters worse, the product appeared to be expired, which was a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable moisturizer.

I used to love this product. The new formula completely ruined this product. I used to wake up with the softest and glowiest skin, and now it feels like this product doesn’t really do anything. It’s also smaller than before.

Never been so bummed about a skincare product

I have been buying this sleep mask for 4 years. I've gone through at least 12 jars of this. It was definitely my holy grail product. I noticed in my most recent restock that the tub had gotten smaller and the price went up. Honestly, not great behavior but I thought that if the product was still the same I would overlook it. After looking around a bit I see they reformulated :( I used to wake up with the softest most refreshed skin. The new formula dries out completely and does not give the same effect at all. It also smells really weird compared to the old formula which had no smell at all. They went and ruined a perfectly good thing. I've tried other sleep masks and nothing compares to the cicapair before reformulation.

Love the way my face feel in the morning when waking up after wearing this product overnight.

I absolutely love this mask. I have a super simple skincare routine and I usually apply this before bed. Currently going through acne bootcamp as well. This has helped my skin barrier sm through treatments and with redness. I wake up with

I don’t appreciate the volume/price change. That’s ridiculous, the mask is good but only for reasonable price! I liked it a lot, but 100ml doesn’t exist anymore, and the 75 ml is not worth the price.

do not buy

i’ve bought this mask so many times for years and it’s been a holy grail product for my dry skin. i have rosacea so it actually helped with that overnight and would clear any pimples or skin issues. the new formula makes me skin feel dry in the morning. it’s not as thick or hydrating and doesn’t do anything. it’s 25% smaller and $3 more so i would skip on this which is so disappointing.

Am folosit-o de cateva ori si de fiecare data m-am trezit cu fata plina de cosuri si rosie. Nu o recomand deloc pentru cineva cu ten acneic. A durat ceva pana cand pielea mea a revenit la normal incat sa se retraga cosurile. Intr-adevar fata e mai hidratata dar cam atat.

silky cool gel but it pills :(

Unfortunately after giving this product a few weeks, it’s not for me. No matter how long I wait for my other skin care to dry, or even on clean skin, this pills terribly! I really wanted to like it.

Um, No Thank You

This is OK for redness, but if you have dry skin (mine is very dry) this isn’t going to be enough hydration. I woke up with dry, flaky skin on my face after using this. I won’t repurchase this.

New formula, don’t enjoy

So disappointed that this product was reformulated. I had to return it once I noticed - it smelt different so I looked into it and it’s no longer the same formula which was my holy grail. It also became smaller and more expensive. Won’t be buying it again or anything else Dr Jart for that matter; I don’t like the fact they changed the formula, downsized, and increased price.

Honestly just so, so bummed by the reformulation this year. The package is smaller (75ml) and it just doesn’t melt into my skin the way it used to. RIP to a real one. I used to feel so glowy, now it feels…fine? Barely more moisturizing than my drugstore daytime cream and this no longer worth the $. Doesn’t even smell nice anymore
