Excellent Product

I recenty added this essence into my morning and nightly routine. It has helped to keep my skin moisturize. It also helps with improving my overall skintone.

Love the texture of this toner

This is a great discovery. I love that a pea size covers my whole face and the texture is wonderful. I never use toners or other products before moisturizing but I am sold on this product. I am amazed by how little goes such a long way. I also like that you can buy the refill only. No need to throw away the bottle each time. Good for the environment.

I would buy it again.

I'd give it a 5 if it made me look 30 years younger but, alas. However, it does improve the overall tone of my skin, making it more uniform, less blotchy, and very smooth.

Great Essence

I received a sample of this essence and liked it, so I bought the full bottle. Nice rich texture that absorbed into the skin and helps with the moisturize I add after. Helps skin be smooth and elastic. Luxurious fresh scent

Great serum toner

I m very happy with this serum toner . It give my skin quick hydration. N none sticky. Love this good product.

I would buy this great product again

Honestly, before February 2024, I did not understand the reason for why someone would want to apply softener to their skin before applying lotion/moisturizer. However, after several uses of this product, I came to understand why. The Activating Essence product helps the subsequent moisturizers I use to properly settle into the skin. It prevents me from having skin chafe and flake off during the day. This is a great product.

I absolutely love this essence that I even recommended a random man I helped at the airport shopping for his wife. This essence isn't too thin or thick, it has a great consistency and feels refreshing and hydrating on my face. I actually prefer this than the award winning ultimune as I use a different serum than ultimune. First essence then serum or sometimes I use this essence instead of serum.

Not the same ;-(

I miss the glass bottle (no plastic please) BUT you have changed the formula and it is not agreeing with my skin. I have used Shiseido for over 30 years and this product change is disappointing. It seems to be thicker and the scent has changed.

Bring back the classic bottle!

A wonderful, easy products that improves the skin. But please please bring back the old classic glass bottle, at least as an option. It is so elegant and makes uses the product a special experience.
