Great Tool but Only Lasted 6 Months Before Issues

This definitely was great while it lasted. I started using this tool back in May 2024 and it worked for me for about 6 months and then it started to get some wear and tear. The small end still is going good but the big end started to separate. There are two white holes on the end where the gold bars attach to keep the piece together. At first, one of them started to come loss and pop out causing it to fall down the gold bar. When this happened while I was using it, it would end up hurting my face but I would pop it back in and it would be fine. As I've kept using it not wanting to get another one, it has popped out pretty much every time I use it and now the other side it also doing the same thing. Sometimes the big end now just completely comes apart, but I can put it back together and still use it fine. I will probably just order another one once it no longer goes back together or I get tried of dealing with it whichever comes first.

Hey!! Ok, I absolutely loved mine. I had it for a few months and used it almost every morning and night- and I was actually seeing results! I had it on a shelf and rolled off and shattered! I will be repurchasing, just be careful! !

Breaks easily

Breaks so easily! I didn't drop it, didn't use it roughly, yet it broke just by pressing a big against my face. Anyway, I have had this for years but only now have started using it in the morning to prevent puffiness, and I love love it! My face feels SO fresh and woken up, it looks and feels better, and the product gets absorbed better. I highly recommend one of these rollers, and they do better when you put them in the fridge. It does warm up quickly and I wish it stayed cold longer. I have another one with a steel end that I use for my eyes, and that is colder and stays cold, so I think I will try a steel one next. But this is great and works well. It broke closer to the small side so I use both separately.

I really appreciate the cold feeling it gives even though we’re in the summer I didn’t see any changes in my face yet maybe with time I’m not sure And I like that it comes with small a dust bag

Nice addition to routine

I really like this roller especially since it was on sale. I keep mine in my fridge to help depuff my face. Only thing I wish it would stay cold longer. I don't know if this is solid stone or plastic but it gets warm before I'm done with my whole face. It's a nice addition to my skincare routine to make me feel pampered.

Essential tool in my skincare routine

I love this roller, I use it to really massage my skincare in my face/neck. It has a nice cool temperature which is nice on the face. It feels sturdy and NOT cheap.

Great addition to your skin care routine

I keep this in my refrigerator.I feel rejuvenated after using it. It helps me with my sinuses, especially during allergy season. I use it after I put my lotions on my face and it helps absorption. I highly recommend it.
