Vintage Vanilla

This is a soft vanilla with a hint of incense and iris. At first I smell the iris strongly but after 10 minutes it dies down and then the vanilla to comes through. The base is a soft incense, not too strong. Overall the scent is very nice, reminds me (in a good way) of an older wealthy woman's purse. The powder from the iris gives it a vintage feel. The downside is the projection and longevity is not very good. It sits close to the skin and only last a few hours, at least on my skin. I personally like the original Fame much more but this is nice for a more mature woman. I like the original bottle design better as well, I feel like the one for this flanker is a bit tacky. I wouldn't purchase this for myself but would be happy to receive it as a gift.

Floral, woody & vanilla gourmand scent

The Paco Rabanne couture edition perfume has a floral, woody and vanilla scent which is perfect for those that prefer a more floral and woody gourmand kind of perfume.

It’s oh so sweet!

Fame smells exactly the way you think it would with its name. It’s oh so sweet and divine. I really like this smell and would totally purchase it for myself.

Long lasting for any occasion

Long lasting scent that gives really nice vanilla base notes. It's not too overpowering and only a spritz or two is enough for the whole day. I got a few compliments on it when wearing it. It's a good scent for any occasion!

Vanilla strong

Great perfume. It has strong vanilla tones to it, I feel that’s the most that you smell. A tad musky too. Great to put a sprits on and enjoy all day long.

Stunning fragrance, great staying power

This perfume is complex and beautiful. It would be in any time wear. This would be great for the office. It's not cool or overpowering, but it's very beautiful and has a great staying power.

A soft,everyday scent with hints of vanilla.

It smelled a little strong when I first applied and then softened . It has almost a hint of vanilla and powder. It is not overpowering. It would be a great every day run around scent.

My new signature scent

I really enjoyed this sample. The smell has a floral scent with vanilla. I could see this becoming my signature scent. The packaging of the sample is really cute. It’s easy to throw in my purse. I recommend trying this scent.

Warm, but a little heavy on the vanilla and fades

I received a sample size of this perfume from Rabanne and Influesnter in exchange for my honest review. At first I loved this perfume as a luscious, warm scent during winter, but the vanilla fragrance is so heavy that after a few minutes it felt almost nauseating, so used very sparing amounts after that first wear, which worked better but I noticed it didn’t last very long throughout the day. I was hoping I’d like this more because it is similar to one of my favorite Mugler Alien perfumes that I’m almost out of, but I think it is not as well-rounded or long-lasting to replace Alien in my collection.

Nice - for a particular occasion

Smell is nice, not an every day one however. I’m not too sure when I’d wear it. Size is very small (this could be a sample size though). The vanilla comes through which I like very much.

Would buy!

Smells great and the scent lasts for a decent amount of time. The floral was nice but not too much. I received a sample size of the product but I would purchase a full size to use.
