Oh my god. New HG. WOWZA.

I don't know if I've ever been more satisfied with a skincare product. My skin is dry, but gets hella oily throughout the day. Basically, I can get dry, flaky areas while still being able to blot. The struggle to find products that don't make me more oily, but provide enough moisture has been ridiculous. This serum is IT!! It's March in Canada with -10C windy weather and I haven't seen a single dry spot since day 1 of using this product! I follow it with Belif Moisture Bomb and it seems to be a power combo for me. Don't walk away from this product- try it!! It's blown my mind, and I've tried an insane amount of highly rated products. A+++.

good for oily/combo skin

I don't have dry skin, but I know how important moisturizer is. I'm prone to breakouts and often feel like creams just gunk up my pores. This feels so lightweight and absorbs quickly but leaves me feeling hydrated. I put it on after Buffet and before sunscreen/makeup routine each day and I am delighted by the health and glow of my skin. I just ordered my 3rd bottle.

Keep coming back to this serum

Keeps skin hydrated throughout the day, skin doesn't feel tight around cheek or oily around T zone at all. Have been using this product for a few years now

The Perfect hydrator

Clarins imo is such an underrated company. Every product I have ever tried from them I have loved and the hydra essential serum is no different. I love the way this serum hydrates my skin not only while first applying but throughout the entire day. This gives my drunk elephant B hydra a run for its money. Very impressed.

Wonderful

Love this product. I have used so many serums. We need to at some point realize we are “born with” some of our skin issues. But, if you want a product that makes your skin feel good. Hydrates. Does what it should and makes you feel pretty and hydrated. This is the one. I am 53 and I realize I don’t have the 30’s skin anymore. But I am going to at least feel good and enjoy a product that works and feels amazing. Smells wonderful. Makes me feel my skin is the best I can make it.

I had a bad experience with this product. I don’t have sensitive skin and hardly ever have reactions but it made my face hot and flushed after using for a few days. It is also a bright blue color and has a strong scent. A lot of additives I think there is better especially for the price! I returned

Meh

I used this for a couple weeks morning and night and while it did make my pores seem a little smaller (which also might have been the toner tbh) my skin didn’t necessarily feel extra hydrated. Not a bad product by any means but definitely a meh for me, especially at this price.
