Love this topcoat! It's exactly what I wanted it to be. It makes any mascara waterproof, smudge proof, sweat proof. It is hard to remove and takes a double cleanse..but worth it for results!

I didn’t expect much from this but it’s the best. Every mascara smudges on me. I’ve tried everything. But this? This keeps it on my lashes. I use a fairly generous amount (it’s clear) and I can sort of feel it on my lashes but it totally works so now I don’t look like a raccoon in the office.

Great Topcoat

I have to give Huda Beauty’s mascara waterproof topcoat 5 stars. I bought a very expensive mascara that was smudging everywhere and I decided to buy this to solve the problem. I apply it as a final coat over my mascara and I love it. No clumps and it makes lashes look longer. I recommend it if you’re looking to waterproof your mascara. Great product!

Just what I was hoping for!

This works exactly as I hoped it would! I love that I can use my favourite mascara formulas, and just add this as a top coat as needed. I sometimes only add it on my lower lashes, as that's where my mascara tends to smudge if my eyes are watery. I've shed many tears, gone swimming, etc. while wearing it, and my mascara stays in place. The only thing I would note is that you have to apply a fairly thin coat rather carefully as otherwise it can clump a bit or leave a bit of a visible coating, but it's not difficult at all to apply correctly. You also do need a quality make-up remover to take it off at the end of the day, of course. I hope they never discontinue this product!

Could be great but has a visible cast

It's almost good. It leaves a visible cast and sometimes the mascara will still smear.

How haven’t I heard of this product before now??

Where has this product been my entire life? If I don’t wear waterproof mascara, the mascara runs every single time. Most waterproof mascaras don’t accentuate the lash the way I like. This product allows me to use my favorites that aren’t waterproof :) It works extremely well, but it is hard to remove. I should mention that I haven’t used a legit makeup remover in some time - just cleansers that are supposed to remove makeup as well.

I have found waterproof mascaras I like on and odd through the years, but never that I absolutely loved enough to stick to or use all the time (because it’s always harder to get remove). However, mascara nearly always gets under quickly my eyes these days no matter what I try. So, I bought this thinking it might be worthless, but might be awesome. It is definitely awesome! I was so impressed that when I layered it over my mascara yesterday morning before a day of work conference meetings and then a trip to the pool for happy hour in the hear - I was astounded that my mascara hadn’t budged at all for 10 hours even in the heat! It also didn’t ruin the look of my mascara! I did use a clean mascara wand to separate one section, but after that it looked just like normal!

Love this! I could never use a regular mascara other waterproof. I apply this before applying mascara and my lashes stay up all day!!

No budge, no smudge

This stuff seriously makes your mascara waterproof! I was using it to keep a mascara from flaking and it kept any flakes from falling. It is pretty hard to get off, not even my micellar water could get it off but an oil based makeup remover will but you have to work it in. I wouldn’t recommend this every day because it’s very hard to get off but for events that you need some waterproofing, this is the stuff to get!

It works

I have oily eyelids and even waterproof mascara runs down below my eyes. This topcoat prevents that problem. It also makes the mascara last longer.

More like glue than topcoat

It doesn't seem to prevent smudging at all for me. Worse, despite only placing the topcoat on my upper lashes, it would constantly stick to my lower lashes whenever I would blink. I tried to use it to set my brows after that fiasco, but it feels like glue and is difficult to remove.
