HOW TO APPLY
Dip the bristles of the Loose Powder Brush into the powder and, holding the handle like a pencil, gently tap the chrome ferrule with index finger to eliminate excess powder. Delicately dab the bristles over the forehead, nose, cheeks and chin and sweep down the neck to the décolleté.
