This dries out my hair. Looks like my hair is fried and needs a trim. Very frizzy. Smells like dial soap which is fine but not high end. There’s better out there. I won’t repurchase not even sure I can finish the bottle

Great shampoo

I love this shampoo and have used it for a long time. My hair never gets coated and the smell is heavenly.

Best shampoo for thick hair that tends to be dry

My hair is thick and tends to be dry. I have tried so many shampoos and honestly this is the best. A little goes a long way, it cleans your skull without drying it. I like the smell. It works wonders when used with the conditioner and the elixir oil! 20/10 when w when used with the conditioner

No go

I don’t know why but this leaves my hair feeling and looking so greasy. I thought I must be doing something wrong but it happens after they’ve used it on me at my hairdressers too. Love other Kerastase shampoos, this is not the one for me.

I’m a Kerastase convert

I can feel a difference after using this shampoo. My hair is noticeably softer, less frizzy, and looks overall much healthier. You don’t need to use a lot to get a good lather. Smells nice, too.

NEW FORMULA IS AN ABOMINATION

As a longtime Kerastase user, DO NOT BUY. Nutritive shampoo used to be my holy grail. They ruined the formula by adding Niacinamide. The old formula used to lather so nicely and left my hair feeling clean and moisturized. This new formula is awful. It takes a ridiculous amount to get any kind of lather. I even tried using it as a second wash after washing my hair with something else… still took SO much product to get the kind of lather I used to. It left my hair feeling really dry. I’m so devastated by the changes they made to this product. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Thank god Oribe is still reliable.

My favorite brand of shampoo, pricey, but worth it as I have my hair process and fold blonde every six weeks

Best shampoo & conditioner I've ever used. I have curly, medium thick hair and I straighten it regularly. This shampoo/conditioner pair makes my hair SO soft and even sort of curl at the end when straightened like healthy hair, instead of that stick straight burnt straw look lol

I very liked this product.

My hair feels so CLEAN using this shampoo. used to have to wash my hair every day because it would get so oily and sticky. After using this shampoo my hair has transformed. Its soft, silky and just feels so light. I have tried a few kerastase shampoos but this is my favourite especially if you have dry crackly hair.

A must have for wash day

I’ve been using this shampoo for a little over a month and can say for sure my breakage is not as bad anymore and i’m having way less fallout in the shower. Would definitely recommend if you’re struggling with fullness as well!

Doesn't feel good when being used but great after!

I am 8 months ppd so my hair is just getting back to where it was pre-baby, but it is definitely thinning and dry. I really don't love the way this makes my hair feel after it's washed out, it almost makes it feel worse until my hair is dry, then paired with the thickening shampoo I feel like my hair does a 180. Not sure how this shampoo is without the conditioner! The 2nd time I used this my husband ran over to me and asked what happened in my shower because I suddenly smelled so good!

Not a good fit

I have fine, medium-density hair, and this shampoo wasn’t a good fit for me. The fragrance was quite strong, both in and out of the shower, which was a drawback since I prefer my perfume to stand out without competing scents. After use, I noticed a light residue on my hair, and although it felt somewhat soft, it didn’t have the same silky feel I get from other products. Additionally, my hair looked frizzy even after styling. This shampoo might be better suited for those with dry hair, but it didn’t meet my needs.
