An interesting woody/gourmand yet citrusy fragrance
The bottle is absolutely gorgeous! From the bow to the beautiful orange color. Now, on to the scent. I've been wearing this fragrance for about a month or so and as I first sprayed it, the very first thing that came to mind was Bloomingdale's. As in "this is the first thing that you smell when you walk into an expensive department store." The scent does indeed match the price. At first spritz, the top notes have some citrus, before settling down to a creamy tiramisu woodiness that then mixes with the citrusy notes. It's quite the harmonious blend. I only get this effect on my clothes yet not when sprayed directly on my skin. Think, spraying into the air and walking through it after dressing and ready to go. My skin chemistry turned it into a slightly sharp citrus with the tiramisu and woody notes downplayed. Unfortunately, I favor gourmand/woody scents. They are my two personal favorite scent notes in the fragrance. The longevity on skin being 5 hours max, leaving a bit to be desired. On clothes however, this scent proves itself long lasting in that department. I can still smell the warm scent on my hoodie/jacket for a couple of days. As far as skin chemistry, that's not really the fault of the perfume. As you know, fragrances can smell differently on others skin. I wouldn't "blind buy" this perfume. I recommend trying it before you commit to a purchase. With all that said. I'm a fragrance collector so I’m glad I got to try this and add it to my collection.
