Not Receiving Item

Terrible service. Great product. We've been using this company for almost a year now and love the product. However, the website and subscription set up is absolutely terrible. I never receive the cream from the subscription I set up. I always have to email or call in for them to process it. This last time I had to do the same and they sent me a face MASK instead of the cream. Not once, but TWICE. I'm still waiting for my cream and this has been several weeks. They need to fix the website and the ordering systems ASAP.

Dr Sturm Anti-Aging face cream

I just love it but the price in Canada is very high. I don't really know what I'm going to do in the future. It doesn't last two month(barely 7 weeks) To make it last longer I try just to use it once a day and that is for all the products that I bought. I need to make some choices if I want to use the Dr Sturm' s products. Do you have any suggetions?

I love that they fill the product all the way up in the container. The texture is so silky and smooth. I love this moisturizer so much. I can see the different In my skin after a few days. I haven't pretty sensitive skin and I haven't felt any irritations. Im so happy I tried this.

I love the Super Anti Aging skincare line. My favorite is the face cream and the night cream. The moment I put the cream on it’s as if I can feel it working. I stopped using retinols because it always seemed to inflame my skin. Using Dr. Barbara Sturm has transformed my skin and I am looking forward to trying more products in the future.
