Long lasting dries quickly and lasts all day

Great product for inside your waterline, stays put pretty well for 12+ hours. Only issue is when you wear an upper eye liner of any sort, it will bleed into and show in this product. Which isn't the fault of the product, it's just how makeup is..... Besides using it my waterline, I've seen some great looks using this as a graphic liner too, working up my courage to try that out on a weekend. But just as a waterline product it's terrific, especially for days where you're trying to look like "less makeup." It gives more simple eye looks a boost.

Drying

I wanted to love this soooo bad! It's like the perfect color for the waterline and I was hoping that maybe Natasha would have a formula as good, if not better than Melt. This was such a disappointment; it's sheer as a liner, doesn't stay in the waterline for more than maybe 5 mins, and because it is a dry formula and there's no secondary seal so the formula gets even dryer to where you can't use it even as a base for your eyeshadow. Returned.
